Use of this site
This website is provided for information about TSC's construction and equipment rental services. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, or submit false information.
Quotes and estimates
Prices, rates and availability shown here are indicative and are not an offer. A binding scope, price and schedule exist only in a signed written contract.
Equipment rental
Rentals are subject to a separate rental agreement covering deposits, insurance, operator qualifications, damage, fuel, delivery and late return charges. Renters must hold valid certification for the machine operated.
Client portal
Portal accounts are issued to named users for a specific project. You are responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for activity under your account.
Intellectual property
All content, photography, drawings and branding on this site belong to TSC or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, TSC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and, for work performed in the United States, by the laws of the state where the project is located.
