Framing and rough-in
The feature wall begins as steel-stud framing and drywall, with openings set out for the fireplace, media recess and side niches and electrical routed before anything is closed in.

Stone and openings take shape
Stacked stone is set around the built openings while the niches and hearth line are kept true, square and ready for finishing.

Interior strip-out and floor preparation
In the main interior space the existing floor is removed and the substrate prepared so the new tile can be laid flat and consistent across the full area.

Tile layout and levelling
Large-format tile is set with levelling clips and wedges, controlling lippage joint by joint across the room.

Precision across the full floor
The grid is carried through the space in a single continuous layout so joints line up from room to room.

Full-room coverage
Coverage advances section by section while the levelling system cures, keeping the surface flat under foot traffic.

Finished interior
Clips removed, joints cleaned and the finished floor delivered as a continuous, usable surface.
